ophelia tits alldaye

visual artist
After over two decades of working within creative agencies, I branched out on my own to work as a Visual Artist creating booklets, illustrations, portrait, landscape and macro imagery, creative consulting, but to mention a few, and have been involved in various projects within the LGBTQIA, local business, Survivors, Mental Health and Disabled communities and at the front of Student Climate Protests with an analogue camera.
Now here is where the story gets interesting. In 2017 my right lung collapsed, multiple Dr, Hospital and Consultant appointments later and I was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Dysautonomia, Raynaud's and POTS, quite a mouthful, and as such my professional career suffered greatly. I have spent the last two years learning how to still be successful with an incurable genetic Illness and multiple disabilities.
My diagnosis of EDS came about by surrounding myself with diversity. I already knew that I had a chronic illness so surrounded myself with those who were also victim to this painful illness. When I started to see my symptoms in others that had EDS I started the research and spoke with those aforementioned about their diagnosis's.
Since I came out a few years ago my identity has gone on a massive transformation and as such I have transitioned to Trans Non-Binary, and hopefully the UK government will catch up with some other leading countries and acknowledge my, and so many others, existence, and I will legally be able to call myself the Trans Non-Binary Artist known as Ophelia Tits Alldaye.
